CareManagers of SWFL was founded to meet the growing demand for expert senior care management in Southwest Florida. With over a decade of firsthand experience, we’ve witnessed the challenges seniors face—especially those without nearby family. From navigating complex healthcare decisions to avoiding scams and poor advice, we understand how overwhelming the process can be. Our team has built strong relationships with trusted healthcare professionals and developed proven strategies to ensure seniors receive the best possible care. Jamie has lived in SWFL for well over a decade and has been very active in running SWFL’s largest senior placement agency, as their COO.

Bruce A Lopes Jr

President/Care Manager
Bruce has lived in SWFL for well over a decade and has been educating health care professionals, guardians, financial advisors, law enforcement, EMS, CERT, state agencies as well as seniors and families on topics ranging from Care Giver Burnout, Preparing for Aging, Medicaid, Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Adult Family Care Homes, Group Homes, Alzheimer’s Disease and other dementias, as well as many factors involved with aging. He has educated well over 15,000 of his fellow community members and neighbors, as well as families that live out of state, but have loved ones here in Florida. He has earned many professional designations over the last 11 years as a Transitional Care Manager; including Certified Senior Advisor, Certified Dementia Practitioner, Certified Alzheimer’s and Dementia Disease Care Trainer, Certified Montessori Dementia Care Professional, Certified Corrections Personnel Dementia Trainer, and a Certified First Responder Dementia Trainer. .
